Due to the nature of our business, we have a zero return policy.  

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please provide photos of damages and reach out to us on our contact page. 

Extreme weather changes can and will alter products during transit.  Don't worry, the products will not be ruined. Again, please reach out with any concerns on our contact page.
